UPS Drop-Off Location in San Augustine

Heads up, y’all: We’re a UPS Drop-Off Location ONLY.  So, we have made these Amazon Return Instructions.  Here are the offical Amazon Reeturn Instrctions as well.
We cannot scan QR codes. If you’re returning an Amazon item, you’ll need a printed return label.

Already Have a QR Code?

No worries! Here’s how to cancel it and get a usable label instead:

  1. Go to your Amazon Orders
  2. Find the item and click Manage Return
  3. Select Cancel Return

Now restart the return process to get a printable label!

How to Get a UPS Return Label from Amazon  | Amazon Return Instructions

  1. Go to Orders in your Amazon account
  2. Click Return or Replace Items next to the item
  3. Pick a reason like “Item defective” or “Arrived too late” for free return shipping
  4. Fill out the required details
  5. Select a Refund Method:
    • Credit card: 7 business days
    • Amazon balance: refunded the same day your return is scanned
  6. Choose a Return Method:
    • Select the 2nd option: “UPS Drop Off”
    • This provides a printable label
